Liked Tulum, the hotel was stunningly beautiful in the a very nice area. The room was big size with walk in shower, the staff were respectful!

The hotel had an absolutely perfect position, by nature. Plus, it was close to the jungle and the communal areas.

The location was peaceful and perfect, very close to the beach, in the very nice area. There was café Coconut Kitchen, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel...

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Tulum. The value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for everything they offered. The rooms were comfortable, with a TV and a balcony where I could relax in the evenings. I also loved the walk-in showers in the spacious bathrooms. The location was ideal, situated in a very nice area close to the beach and surrounded by the beautiful jungle. The staff provided exceptional service, with the hotel lads Daniel, Rodrigo, and Fernando always being warm and hospitable. They gave me great tips for local activities and we had some wonderful conversations. All in all, this hotel was excellent value for money, with great amenities and a fantastic location.

The hotel is located in a bustling area, alongside a busy double-lane road, which gets a bit too noisy at times. it is quite far from most attractions around, including the beach, restaurants, and cenote, which will require you to hire a taxi. However, if you don't mind the location, the rooms are modern, chic, and have everything you need, including a great TV with Netflix and an Alexa-powered sound system. The balcony offers a serene view, perfect for feeling one with nature.

The breakfast service was unfortunately not available during our stay.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

During my thanksgiving stay, the hotel offered two great complementary features: drinking water and coffee pads were replenished every day. The hotel is located in a safe area, which offered peace of mind knowing I was in a good location. the bed was very comfortable and allowed for a restful night's sleep.

One major issue ruined the experience. The room I was given was located right next to a busy street, which caused a lot of noise and disrupted my sleep.

Our stay at Zereno Boutique was amazing! The property is located in a gated community with excellent security, which made us feel safe as two female travelers. The room was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed, thanks to the helpful staff who were easily accessible through WhatsApp. One thing that impressed us was their quick response during the two power outages that affected the area. The hotel provided us with enough water and supplies to get through the outage, and they even have a massive generator now to ensure future power outages won't be an issue. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was situated between the city center and the beach, making it convenient for us to rent bikes and explore. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a TV, Nespresso machine, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. We also enjoyed the nice balcony where we could relax at night. The pool was a great addition and perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, although we chose to make it every few days to be more sustainable. The hospitality of the hotel staff, particularly Daniel, Rodrigo, and Fernando, was exceptional. They provided us with helpful tips and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. we highly recommend Zereno Boutique for its beautiful property, excellent amenities, and outstanding staff.

The facilities were brand new and very clean, which was nice. The staff was mostly helpful and gave us good tips on where to eat and order food. We appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and free, secure parking. The quiet atmosphere allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday.

The hotel lacked attention to detail. The housekeeping team was often loud, playing music while working.
